1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LifeOps (the "Service"), provided by Luxen Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Description of Service

LifeOps is a family operating system that helps households organize schedules, tasks, bills, medications, groceries, meals, and documents in one place. The Service includes web and mobile applications, AI-assisted planning features, and optional paid subscription plans.

4. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you must not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Engage in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data without authorization.
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Luxen Group LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, and content provided by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your personal or internal family purposes within the scope of your selected plan.

7. Payment, Billing & Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All payments are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and provides all customer service inquiries, billing support, and handles returns.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting Paddle support.

8. Service Level

We strive to maintain the availability and reliability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxen Group LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxen Group LLC's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

11. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risks, repeated violations of our acceptable use policies, or activities that may harm us or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable laws.

12. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or store in the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
