At LifeOps, we want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, you may:

  • Visit paddle.net and follow the refund request process.
  • Contact our support team at support@lifeops.app and we will assist you with your refund request.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase or subscription renewal date. Refunds apply to the most recent billing period. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that are made outside of the 30-day window or that appear to be abusive or fraudulent.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period. If you would like a refund for the current period, please submit a refund request within the 30-day window.
